    BOOST Boxing - for Men

    Our weekly men’s boxing for wellbeing group, delivered in partnership with Stockport East and South PCN.

    Tuesdays, 7.30pm, at the Marple Senior Citizens Hall, Marple

    Our regular boxing-based workout for men and women, where you learn all the moves from the ‘sweet science’ and get the chance to let it all out on the bags and pads.

    A gentle, accessible stroll around the grounds of Abney Hall in Cheadle, led by Breege and with a welcoming, supportive group.

    Walk for Health - Woodbank & Vernon Parks

    Taking in the wonderful grounds of Vernon Park and a riverside walk within Woodbank Park, this is suitable for reasonably fit people who enjoy being outside and active.

    Wednesday, 1.00pm at Vernon Park Cafe. Paid parking available.

    Walk for Health - Alexandra Park

    A friendly walking group for those with limited mobility who would like to get out and about a bit more and to meet new people in safe, supportive environment.

    Take a short walk around the reservoir or perhaps just have a brew and a chat.
